Hyundai DHY8000SELR-T 6.9kVA Diesel Standby Generator 230V & 400V

The Hyundai DHY8000SELR-T Diesel Generator is powered by a 12HP, 4 stroke, air-cooled Hyundai diesel engine that produces 7.5kVA/6.0kW of power, making it a reliable source of backup power.

The generator is one of Hyundai’s ‘silent’ range, coming housed in a low noise, weather-proof canopy for quieter operation. With a 30 litre fuel tank, this is a long run generator with a running time of up to 30 hours. It can also be run off red diesel which makes it even more cost effective.

This generator can be used to power differing electrical equipment as it comes with 1 x 230V 32A socket and 1 x 400V 16A socket. It also comes with an AVR Alternator to make sure your generator produces clean energy, making it suitable for charging sensitive electronic equipment such as TVs and laptops.

It is equipped with a LCD control panel which displays frequency, voltage and total run time. There is also a built in low oil alarm and automatic shutdown to keep the generator safe and makes sure the engine is protected at all times.

The DHY8000SELR-T is Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) compatible though one is not included with this product. An ATS will sense the mains power being cut from your property and automatically start the generator. Once power has been restored, the ATS will then automatically switch you back to the mains power.

This product has a 12 month Hyundai warranty with a full UK parts and service operation.
