How and where can I sign up to Pay4Later payment plan?
Pay4Later is currently available in all 65 superstores nationwide and online.
What can I include on a payment plan?
You can choose anything from our range of over 18,000 products! This is subject to availability and excludes gift cards, E-vouchers and has a minimum spend of £300.
What payment plan is available?
We offer 12, 18 or 24 months credit at only 12.9% interest to all customers who spend over £300, subject to status and a minimum deposit payment of 10% of the total goods value.
What criteria do I need to fulfil?
We can only consider your application if:
- You are 18 or over, and employed at least 16 hours per week
- You have a good credit history with no late payments, debt relief orders, CCJs, IVAs or bankruptcies
- You are a permanent UK resident and able to supply a UK address history for the last 3 years
- Applications are also welcome from retired individuals, in receipt of a private or company pension (aged 50 or over at date of application)
Please note that meeting the criteria does not guarantee acceptance.
The lender requires us to perform a credit search to assess your eligibility which may leave a record on your credit score. You need to pass a credit score when you apply. You will also need a UK bank account and have the account number and sort code with you. You will need to pay a deposit by chip and pin card and must have an e-mail address as your documentation will be emailed to you. We may request proof of identity after your application has been approved and your deposit has been paid. Please note goods can only be delivered to your home address. .
How long will it take to apply?
It generally takes less than 10 minutes to complete the application and is subject to a credit check.
When will my payments be due?
Your first repayment will be due one month after we have dispatched all of your goods to you. Further payments will be monthly thereafter by direct debit.
Does purchasing with a payment plan affect Machine Mart’s standard refunds and returns policy?
No, our standard refunds and returns policy is unaffected. See online www.machinemart.co.uk/business-tcs for further details.
How do I return unwanted goods?
Subject to our standard terms and conditions, you will need to return your goods in their original packaging in saleable condition back to us, standard returns procedure applies.
Refunding part of your order:
In the event of a part refund required, we will contact the lender Omni Capital who will make the necessary adjustments to your credit agreement. Should you require a part refund please contact us at the Machine Mart store where the order was made, or alternatively call 0844 880 1275.
Refunding your full order:
Subject to our standard terms and conditions, we will arrange for the cancellation of your credit agreement. Once cancelled any repayments that you have made in respect of your finance agreement will be refunded back to you by the finance provider, Omni Capital. Your deposit payment will be refunded to you, under the original form of payment, by the store where you made the purchase, or by our customer service team if you purchased online.
What if I want to keep the goods but don’t want the credit agreement anymore?
All customers have a 14 day right of withdrawal from a credit agreement. You will need to get in touch with the finance provider, Omni Capital, notifying them of your intention to withdraw. The 14 day cooling-off period runs from the day you receive a copy of the agreement.
You can also settle your finance agreement at any time upon request by contacting Omni Capital who will be able to assist in taking payment.
