The DHP482RTJ is a compact and lightweight, cordless Hammer Driver Drill, powered by 18V Li-ion LXT slide type battery, with variable speed controlled by trigger and 21 torque settings plus drill mode for added fastening control, to deliver up to 1,900 rpm, 28,500 bpm, 36 Nm maximum fastening torque (soft joint) and 62 Nm maximum fastening torque (hard joint) for a wide range of drilling and fastening applications.

The DHP482RTJ is equipped with 2 mechanical gears; high speed mode for speedy drilling in light duty applications and low speed mode for heavy duty applications requiring high torque. Metal gears ensure greater durability, electric brake adds increased operator safety and the conveniently located reverse rotation switch and 13mm keyless chuck assist in quick and easy bit installations and removals.

The DHP482RTJ has twin LED job light to illuminate the work area and features battery protection circuit designed to protect the battery from damages due to over-discharge, overheating and overload current. The DHR482RTJ has a 13mm maximum capacity in steel, 38mm maximum capacity in wood and 13mm maximum capacity in masonry. The DHP482RTJ is not compatible with G-Series batteries.
