The HS004GZ02 is a lightweight and powerful cordless 190mm Circular Saw, powered by 40V Li-ion XGT battery (not included), to supply energy to the powerful 40V brushless motor, with soft start for smooth start-ups, to deliver up to 6,000rpm for faster cutting.
The HS004GZ02 is equipped with LED job light to illuminate the line of cut, electric brake for increased operator safety, bevel cuts 0 degrees left and 48 degrees right with positive stops at the most commonly used bevel angles, lock-off 2 stage safety switch for increased operator safety and connects directly to a Makita guide rail without an adapter for precision cutting.
The HS004GZ02 features Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS); chip 198900-7 required, sold separately, to connect a compatible Makita dust extractor via Bluetooth and Automatic Torque Drive Technology (ADT) to automatically change the cutting speed according to the load condition for optimum operation. The HS004GZ02 has an overload alert system using the ADT indicator lamp.
