The Makita GA038GZ07 is a 230mm (9") cordless angle grinder powered by 40Vmax XGT Li-Ion battery. It features a brushless motor, soft start and an electric brake.
The design of the unit includes an ergonomic soft grip for comfortable operation, a large switch lever with lock-off function and a tool-less wheel cover which is adjustable to any desired position.
For safe usage, the GA038GZ07 has several features. One such feature is Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT) which shuts down the tool if the rotation speed suddenly slows down. There is also an electronic current limiter, for overload protection, and anti-restart function.
The Auto-Start Wireless System (AWS) connects to compatible dust extractors with Bluetooth. The dust extractor automatically runs while the switch is on.
Bare Unit - Use with your existing Makita XGT batteries and charger.
