The Makita DJR187 is a high power, cordless reciprocating saw powered by 18V Li-ion battery and has been developed for higher cutting efficiency, and to be more compact and lightweight by adopting vertical crank mechanism and Brushless DC motor.
The device features tool-less blade change, as well as tool-less shoe adjustment, for ease of use whilst the ergonomically designed handle provides comfortable and efficient use. The saw also features an LED job light.
Electronic 2-speed selection is offered with a trigger providing variable speed control. The DRJ187Z also features a lock-off lever, electric brake and retractable joist hook.
