How much does Click and Collect to a Machine Mart store cost?
It's Free! Our Click and Collect service to our Machine Mart store network is Free of charge. 

How much does Click and Collect to a Post Office or Parcel Force Depot Cost?
We also offer a next day paid for Click & Collect service to over 10,500 Post Office's and Parcel Force depot click here for more information on this service.

How long does Click and Collect to store take?
From the day of ordering please allow up to 5 working days* for your order to be processed, picked, packed and sent to your chosen store. Orders that contain Machine Mart Xtra products may take longer, see shopping basket for details.  

How will I know when my order is ready for picking up from the store?
After placing your order online we will keep you informed throughout the process by email and your chosen store will call you to let you know your order is ready for collection.

Can I pick my order up from the store same day or next day?
To guarantee availability of your items at your chosen store, Click and Collect orders are sent specially from our national distribution centre to your chosen store. Please therefore allow 3-5 working days* for these to arrive and for us to contact you. 

What if I want my order quicker than the quoted Click & Collect time-scale?
If you need your item quicker, please call your local store to check that they have stock before travelling and you can then make your purchase in-store the same day. Alternatively if it is before 11am Monday to Thursday you can still select, and pay a small charge for the convenience of, next day home delivery or next day Post Office delivery, via our website or arrange next day delivery via our telesales team on 0115 956 5555.

What if I order online and then visit a store inside the quoted 3-5 working days*?
If you order online and then go to your store before being notified that your Click and Collect order is ready, you will be asked to purchase the goods again in-store. Please then contact our telesales team on 0115 956 5555 to arrange your refund.

Are all items on the website available for Click and Collect?
There are a small number of particularly large items that we need to exclude from the Click and Collect service, you can still order these items for home delivery.

Gift Cards are also not available for Click and Collect but can be bought in-store.

What will I need to bring with me when collecting my order from a superstore?
To protect both the customer and ourselves against fraud your confirmation email and the payment card used to place your Click and Collect orders must be presented in-store to validate the order before goods can be released.

What happens to uncollected Click & Collect Orders?
Due to limited stock room space we will hold Click & Collect orders for 14 days in-store. You will be notified when your order arrives in-store. If you cannot collect your order within the 14 days please notify the store and they will agree to hold onto your purchase where necessary. If we hear nothing from the customer, after 14 days, uncollected Click & Collect orders will be refunded to the original payment card and the parcel will be returned to the warehouse. 

Can I have items for delivery and collection in the same order?

Yes. Payment will be taken for the whole order and any delivery charges, discounts and bulk savings will be based on the entire order total.

What happens on Bank Holidays?
Please note that during Bank holidays your Click & Collect order may take additional time to be delivered to your chosen store. We will keep you updated via email and your local store will contact you once the order is ready to collect.
