How Post Office and Parcel Force Convenient Collect Works

Step 1. Select "Click and Collect" on a product page

Step 2. During the checkout process on the "Delivery & Collection" page enter your post code to find the nearest collection point to you.

Step 3. Select the desired collection point.

Step 4. Proceed to payment, include a mobile number for order tracking purposes, and checkout! (Please note we will not share your information with other companies for their commercial use)

Step 5. Assuming you have provided a mobile number during checkout you will receive text message updates notifying you of the status of your order. You will receive a final message when your parcel is ready for collection. 

Step 6. To protect both the customer and ourselves against fraud your Parcel Force confirmation email or SMS should be provided along with another form of ID (utility bill, credit card, driving license)  to validate the order before goods can be released.

Q. How much does Post Office and Parcel Force Convenient Collect cost?
A. £5.99 including VAT

Q. How long does Post Office convenient collect take to arrive at my selected Post Office or Parcel Force depot? 

A. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday will arrive next working day. You can expect to receive a notification from the Post Office as soon as your parcel has arrived and is available for collection.

Q. Can somebody else collect my parcel for me on my behalf?
A.
 Somebody else can collect your parcel providing they have a copy of your Parcel Force confirmation email or SMS as well as a copy of your ID (utility bill, credit card, driving license)  

Q. What happens if I don't collect my parcel?
A.
Parcels will be held in the Post Office / Parcel Force depot for no longer than 14 days, at which point the parcel will be returned to us and a refund (less the delivery cost) will be issued automatically to the original payment card. If you know that you are going to be unable to collect your parcel within 14 days then please contact your chosen Post Office depot and let them know, they may then hold onto it for you.

Q. What size restrictions are there for this service?
A. Post Office & Parcel Force will only accept orders under 30kg and below 1.3 metres in length. If your basket size exceeds either or both of these then you will not be able to select this delivery option.  

* Next Working Day delivery applies to orders placed before 15.00pm Monday to Thursday excluding bank holidays. A Working Day is classed as Monday to Friday 8.30-6.00pm excluding bank holidays.
