A pair of universal, lockable clamps which are designed to secure extension ladders & steps to a vehicle roof rack.
A hook fits between the rungs of the ladders and attaches underneath the cross beams of the roof rack.
A retaining bar then fastens down onto the hook, providing an extremely secure fixing.
