Double sided stretch belt tool suitable for a wide range of vehicles for safely removing and installing stretchy type drive/alternator belts and accessory belts without causing damage. The tool features magnets to keep it in position on the pulley. A hand ratchet can then be used to rotate the crankshaft or accessory pulley, easing the belt over the edge of the pulley.
