Makita GA005GZ01 40Vmax XGT 125mm Angle Grinder (Bare Unit) with Disc and MakPac Case

The GA005GZ01 is a 125mm cordless Angle Grinder, designed to continuously perform heavy duty cutting and grinding, powered by 40V Li-ion XGT battery to supply energy to the powerful 40V brushless motor, with soft start for smooth start-ups, to deliver up to 8,500 rpm for faster cutting.

The GA005GZ01 is equipped with electric brake for increased operator safety, slide switch with lock on function for operator convenience, anti-restart function to help prevent the motor from starting up when the battery is inserted into the Angle Grinder with the switch locked on and spindle lock for quick and easy wheel changes.

The GA005GZ01 has a side handle that can be installed on either side of the Angle Grinder for operator convenience and tool-less wheel cover to allow the operator quick and easy angle adjustment, installation and removal of the wheel cover. The GA005GZ01 features Active Sensing Feedback Technology (AFT) to shut down the Angle Grinder to protect the user if the rotation speed suddenly slows down.
