Where you see products that are labelled "FREE UK DELIVERY ON THIS PRODUCT" Free delivery applies to UK mainland addresses only and excludes Highlands and Islands. 

Due to increased delivery costs we regret that certain post code addresses in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Ireland and the Channel Islands are excluded from Free Delivery Promotions.

Some large products will require a fork lift vehicle in order to accept delivery. Where a forklift is not available, extra charges may apply. In this instance someone from our Telesales team will contact you to confirm and take additional payment of additional delivery fees.
