From our weekly #FreebieFriday competitions, giving away fantastic Clarke tools and machinery to our photo competitions for things like our Clarke Stove range which allow customers to win a big sum to spend with us in form of a voucher. 

Below you will find our most recent competitions across the company as well as the lucky winners! 

#FREEBIEFRIDAY

Our most frequent and most popular competition is our #FreebieFriday giveaway that we do on our Twitter page.

These competitions are often entered by 1000s of people and this has helped us to build a loyal group of people who enter every week. 

#FreebieFriday has allowed us to give some brilliant prizes away over the years as you can see below.

   Our most recent giveaway ran from Friday 2nd December to Monday 5th December 2022 with a Clarke Devil 2850 Heater available to win.

 #MMPROJECTS

Another competition which we run regularly is our #MMProjects photo competition. This is something we promote heavily in our emails as well across our social media channels.

Our interest in our customers does not end when they buy something from us. We want to see what they bought and what they are using it for which is where #MMProjects originated from.

We ask our customers to send us photos of their tools or machinery and highlight what projects they are currently working on. 

Not only does this demonstrate the quality of our products, but it also lets the customers showcase their work and have it appreciated by like-minded enthusiasts.

The winner of our most recent competition, which ended late August 2020, was Mr Anthony Saunders who emailed in this fantastic photo of his "man shed" which is an Aladdin's cave of Clarke products and gorgeous motorcycles. He received a £100 voucher! 

HUGE £5000 GIVEAWAY TO CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS 2020!

On the run up to Christmas 2020 we ran a HUGE £5000 giveaway in which we gave our customers the chance to be one of FIVE lucky winners who would all win a £1000 Machine Mart gift card!

Coinciding with the launch of our Christmas e-flyer, this competition proved to be extremely popular and was entered by more than 5400 people, running over the course Tuesday 8^th December to Monday 14^th.

After announcing the five lucky winners, we spoke to some of them to find out what they were planning on using their prize for.

Richard Wilson was one of the winners, he was feeling generous and was going to use his prize to buy his son a new drill as his current one was showing its age. Mr Wilson had shopped with us previously, purchasing some shelving, and he is planning on adding some more to his collection, as well as a tool chest, to help him be more organised.

Philip Nolan, another of our winners, is into repairing and building classic cars and he’s looking to buy a Clarke parts washer and sand blaster to help him with his current project which is building a C-Type Jaguar replica!

The final winner we spoke to, Gerard Smith, is a handyman by trade and can normally be found gardening, decorating or making gates. He plans to spend his gift card on products that will help him with work, making his tasks easier. 

QUARTERLY CLARKE TOOL GIVEAWAY

Four times a year we allow one of our customers to win £500 of Clarke Tools and Machinery. It's very easy to enter, all they have to do is be a member of the Machine Mart email club, leave a product review of a product on the Machine Mart website or leave a review on TrustPilot.

CATALOGUE PHOTO COMPETITION

Every time we release a new catalogue, we run a competition asking people to send us their most imaginative, original and funny photos of the new editions. We receive entries by email, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. 

This always proves to be a popular competition and we're always surprised by some of the things people think of when creating their entries.

To thank people for their creativity, the winner and any runners-up receive Machine Mart gift cards to spend on products in their new catalogues.

Below are the three winners of the competition we ran alongside the launch of our 66th catalogue in Spring/Summer 2021.

CLARKE STOVES PHOTO COMPETITION

Another popular competition we run is our Clarke Stoves Photo Competition. Our range of Clarke stoves always sell well and as they are such stylish items, we love to see where our customers have installed them.

This is another competition that we run across social media and our customer emails and it always has a good response. The quality of entries is so high that we have even used customer's photos to advertise products on our website!

CLARKE MODULAR STORAGE PHOTO COMPETITION

As well as Clarke stoves, we also love to see photos of our customer's Clarke Modular Storage Systems. These stylish bits of kit immediately improve the look of a garage or workshop and allow the customer to combine 
organisation with the sleek appearance.
As with the stoves, the quality of entries we receive is always high and we have used previous customer entries on our product pages. Our customers always take pride in their set ups and love the opportunity to show them off. 
We ran a modular storage competition early in 2022 and the winner was Malcolm Ayling who sent in these fantastic photos, winning a £150 voucher! 

CLARKE GREEN GARAGE/WORKSHOP PHOTO COMPETITION

Our range of Clarke Green Garages are hugely popular with car enthusiasts or even just those looking for a bit more space on their property. We sell a variety of sizes and they can be used for several different purposes. 

In May 2021, we launched a photo competition across social media and email to see where our customers had our garages and what they were using them for. 

We received some fantastic entries, none more so than from the winner @JimmysClassicCooper on Instagram!
