The Clarke CWG200 is a robust petrol-powered welder generator designed for on-site welding and power supply where mains access is unavailable. Built for demanding environments such as construction sites, farms, garages, workshops, and remote repair work, this unit delivers powerful welding performance alongside dependable AC output.

Powered by a high-performance 12.7hp (420cc) Stage V engine, the CWG200 provides 5kVA of continuous power and a maximum output of 5.5kVA through 1x 230V 32A and 1x 110V 32A IP44 rated sockets, ideal for running tools, lighting, and equipment on site or in workshops. Its integrated welding function supports a wide range of applications with smooth, adjustable output for electrode sizes from 1.6 to 4.0mm. This product also features a welding output of 50-200A and an open circuit voltage of 22/28V.

An electric start system ensures quick ignition, with a recoil backup offering added reliability. The durable frame is equipped with folding handles, wheels and anti-vibration mounts for improved mobility and stability on site. User-friendly controls include a welding current regulator, voltmeter, oil alert ligh, and circuit breaker for clear operation and protection. Built-in safety systems guard against overheating, low oil levels, and overloads, while the 17L fuel tank provides up to 6.5 hours’ runtime at 75% load.
