Makita DRT50ZX4 is a cordless trimmer powered by 18V Li-ion battery and developed based on the model RT0700C. It features a brushless motor, shaft lock and a handy LED job light.

The DRT50ZX4 is built with a aluminium housing and an aluminium base for higher durability and accuracy. The unit has a variable speed control dial but also offers constant speed control. It also has a push button with lock on/off as well as offering soft start.

The DRT0ZX4 is connectable to a dust extractor if needed.
