The jigsaw saw mitre vice provides a means of achieving a straight accurate cut with a jigsaw, no more wavy cuts or torn out edges! It can be adjusted between the calibrated 0 and 50 degrees of angle to produce clean mitre / angle joints. The jigsaw mitre vice does this by means of a 450 mm railing system that guides the jigsaw and blade accurately along the desired line of cut.
The work piece is retained securely between the jaws of the clamping mechanism to ensure no movement during the cut and will accommodate a work piece thickness of 40 mm and a width of up to 300mm. For added stability it can be secured to a workbench. This is the ideal accessory for cutting wooden / parquet flooring, laminate, decking, skirting boards, wall and ceiling panels.
