Karcher KR 40-10 C Heavy Duty Floor Cleaner

The KARCHER BR40/10CAdv is a heavy duty floor cleaner (scrubber drier) ideal for cleaning workshop floors and showrooms. Perfect for maintaining standards and reducing risk in the workplace, this machine can be used with hard brushes for extreme deep cleaning, medium brushes for daily maintenance, and soft brushes for polishing. The machine is supplied with medium brushes as standard, however these are suitable for most applications due to the adjustable contact pressure. The BR40/10C is packed with features including adjustable contact pressure and large clip-on wheels for convenient transportation.

How does it work?
The KARCHER BR40/10CAdv applies water and detergent onto the floor whilst simultaneously scrubbing the surface. This adjitation lifts grease and rubber stains to help prevent slippery surfaces. A powerful vacuum bar then ensures your floor is left clean and dry in one pass.

Why should we clean?
Clean customer and workshop areas should be maintained to avoid health and safety risk. Section A9.4 in VOSA’s Site Assessment Report refers to ‘Workshop Appearance’ and ‘whether the workshop is free from a build up of dirt’. The scoring of risk in the workplace is connected to these standards of cleanliness.
