Perhaps the ultimate multi-system woodworking combination machine, this 6 function model includes the following machines - circular saw, spindle moulder, planer & thicknesser, mortising attachment and a sawing and tenoning carriage. It incorporates many of the machines, and fulfills many of the functions, most commonly required by professional woodworks, cabinet makers and joiners.
- Key features - 3 x 1hp induction motors, heavily ribbed cast aluminium table with anodised working surface, heavy duty reinforced steel casing for stability and rigidity
- Circular Saw - 900mm x 560mm table, 200mm dia. TCT blade ( opeartes at 4750rpm), 0 to 45º blade adjustment.
- Spindle Moulder - 900mm x 560mm table (with 140mm x 50mm tool apeture), 30mm spindle diameter (6500rpm rotation speed), 80mm max height & 85mm height adjustment.
- Planer - 200mm max. planing width, 900mm table length, 56mm dia. 2-knife rotary cutter (6500rpm) gives adjustable depth of cut from 0 to 3mm.
- Thicknesser - planes upto 3mm off per pass (to a maximum of 4mm), max. material size 200x195mm (HxW). Auto declutchable feed speed 7.5M/min
- Mortise - table 270mm x 135mm (LxW), mortise capcity 100x75mm (LxD), 90mm height adjustment. Chuck size 0.5mm to 10mm with 6500rpm rotation speed.
- Full package includes a Sawing and Tenoning carriage, reversible parallel Rip Fence (mounts either side of blade), Mitre Guide for precision angle cutting
