At Machine Mart we only use established, specialist couriers to ensure that your goods reach you in perfect condition.

1. Delivery Times
Standard Delivery - Our Standard Delivery service takes approximately 3 to 5 working days* for the majority of the country, this time may vary for some restricted post codes view the restricted post code list here.

Next Day Delivery - Need your order fast? Select our Next Day Delivery service when prompted during the checkout process. This service is available for orders placed up to 2.30 p.m. Monday - Thursday with exception to Bank Holidays

2. Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery - Delivery charges are calculated based on the value of your order, with a minimum delivery charge of £4.99 inc VAT.

Please note: Online ordering is only available for mainland UK destinations. Customers requiring delivery to remote or non-mainland areas should note that delivery may incur additional charges. View the list of restricted post codes here.

Next Day Delivery - Most items on our site can be shipped using our Next Day Delivery service for just £3.50 extra per order. Please note: Due to the extra size and weight of some larger items the Next Day Delivery service may cost £10.00 extra per order.

3. Returns
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit, please call 0844 880 1250.

If your goods are missing parts or found to be faulty then please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance on Tel (UK): 0871 410 1280 International: +44 (0)115 956 5555. Please Note: You must report damaged goods within 7 working days* of delivery. THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

4. Additional information

Delivery schedules are estimates only and will depend on carrier used. Heavy items will require the recipient to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods. 

* Working Days are classed as Monday to Friday 8.30-6.00pm excluding weekends and bank holidays.
